NAVID UR RAHMAN WATERPROOFING INSULATION was founded as U, A, E National Company. In a very short span of operations TCL won customer’s confidence by successfully completing many high quality projects. The start was made by activities in the Insulation and building market, in Dubai ,Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al-Khaimah & Fujairah to kee abreast of the large expansion in the insulation and building industry, specially the housing sector that has witnessed record demand in the recent years due to population increase since the time incorporated.
